Welcome to ProvacancesProvacances is a fully Danish-owned rental agency based in Vejle, Denmark, specializing in villa rentals with pools in the picturesque regions of Provence and the Côte d'Azur. Our current owner and CEO, Per Skjøth, started Provacances in 1997 from his home in Lubéron in the south of France. Initially, the focus was on holiday home rentals in the scenic Lubéron area, but when the one-man business moved to Denmark in the winter of 1997/98, it quickly took off and the product range was expanded to include the entire Provence-Côte d'Azur area. Over the years, the company has grown from a small one-man operation with a handful of rental properties in Lubéron to one of Europe's largest providers of privately owned villas with pool in the Provence-Côte d'Azur region. PROVACANCES currently has 8 employees in Denmark and a large number of local caretakers who all help to ensure the best service to our customers. As a customer of Provacances, you will receive personalised guidance from skilled and dedicated travel consultants with a great insight into French culture, sights and experiences. We aim to provide the best service and guidance to our customers. That's why we regularly inspect our holiday homes to make sure that they live up to our high standards. Per SkjøthHe is the director of Provacances and is responsible for the daily management. Per has lived in France for 7 years, has worked in both Lyon and Strasbourg and has run a castle hotel in Provence. Per started Provacances in 1997. 
Mette FaurbyShe has been with Provacances since 2001. Mette has lived and worked in both Brussels and Nice. In addition to being responsible for the company's administrative tasks, Mette is also responsible for producing our newsletters, where she shares exciting travel tips and updates with our customers.
Hans AbildgaardHe has been with Provacances since 2002 and is a partner in the company. Hans has lived and worked in Provence and studied French at the University of Lyon. Hans is primarily responsible for our homeowners in the Provence-Côte-d'Azur region and has an in-depth knowledge of the area. 
Tine GrøneStarted at Provacances in 2006. Tine has a Master's degree in French and has worked in Nice and studied at the University of Perpignan. Tine acts as Provacances' webmaster, copywriter and translator, ensuring that all content is relevant and up-to-date. 
Anders Emil Eis JensenHe has been with Provacances since 2006 and is a partner in the company. Anders is a trained computer scientist and media coordinator. He works at Provacances with many tasks, including customer service, system development, marketing and accounting to ensure efficient operations. 
Heidi FrantzenHas been a permanent member of Provacances since 2012. Heidi is a trained photographer specialising in home and lifestyle photography. She spends several months a year in France to update our website with home and lifestyle images from exciting locations. At the office in Vejle she works creatively. 
May-Britt Syshøj LorenzenStarting at Provacances in 2021, May-Britt has lived abroad for 20 years and has an international career behind her. She specialises in the development, optimisation and consultancy of rental properties, especially in the South of France. May-Britt is responsible for homeowners in the area. 
Nathalie LentzHas been a permanent member of Provacances since 2012. Nathalie is French and lives in Vence, where she acts as our local ‘coordinator’ in the South of France. Nathalie speaks fluent English as well as French and is employed during the summer months with a focus on quality assurance and problem management. |
